Plastic is a polymer material which, in contrast to paper is tear and waterproof thus lasting longer. Thanks to our UV printing process we can print all sorts of plastic materials.
A high-quality plastic display certainly makes an impression. But the icing on the cake is the deep drawing technique, a very special moulding technology. After printing, the plastic sheets are moulded so as to create a high-quality 3-dimensional advertising product. This creates both a visual and tactile impression.
This label roll is given a special finish in a single printing process via a gossamer-thin soft-touch film. It thus has a very special feel and appearance. The label feels velvety, has a premium, matt appearance and is well protected from moisture and oil via the soft touch film.
Our tip: This label has a printed adhesive on its back which is ideal for transparent bottles.
This shelf rocker was supposed to be “bomb-proof” but easy to remove, leaving no traces. An interesting challenge! For this we used special high-performance glue dots with exactly these characteristics.
Our tip: The adhesive dots are weather-proof and temperature-resistant, so they are suitable for outdoor use.
Shelf panels are a popular means of shelf promotion to make products on the shelf easier to spot. A shaped cut and the coloured design often ensure the required attention-grabbing effect.
Our tip: This shelf panel has a high-performance adhesive dot on its underside to prevent slipping. The unusual aspect of these adhesive dots is that they have high initial adhesion but can then be removed without trace. They are weather-proof and temperature-resistant so they are suitable for outdoor use.
Link digital and printed media together. We managed to do that with a competition mailshot. To draw attention to our new home page we sent this decoder mailshot to our contacts. You get to our home page via a QR code, and with help from the decoder from the mailshot, you can solve a riddle. It makes encrypted text or hidden images visible. Only the owner of a decoder can see the solution to the prize competitions.
Play on your customers’ curiosity and bring some excitement into your advertising campaigns.
They make a decorative, cool and inventive impression: wall tattoos. We can print your designs in all sizes and colours.
These equipment stickers consist of polycarbonate printed in a screen printer. This material is very tough and heat-resistant and is popular in the technical area.
This label is printed on a transparent material as the view of the product is meant to be unimpeded. At the points where this is not the intention, a shaped white background is used, printed with 6 colours and then varnished – all in one process.
Here we have produced a cover sheet for a colour fan deck. Metallic colours are shown in the fan deck so the cover sheet should have a correspondingly special finish. For durability we used a hard PVC we printed in colour and then gave a special finish using Iriodin varnish.
We make magnets in a variety of strengths and formats. Whether as a small badge or a large poster, with a special shape or square, with a special finish or plain. We would be happy to send you some samples.
We have given a special finish to one of our magnets. We print on a silver substrate which is then treated with a sublime 3D coating (also known as doming).
A lot of products for the garden have to withstand severe weather. Thanks to our UV printing, we can make them from plastic. To help the colours resist fading even under bright sunshine, we like to use a special protective UV coating. Just give us a call – we would be happy to advise you.
Our slide charts are mostly made of plastic, so they are robust and withstand daily use. If you aren't sure whether a slide chart or a rotating disc is best for you, our "samples" team would be happy to help you decide.
This rotating disc is made of a plastic material so that it is robust. That is important when it goes into a school bag every day and has to put up with greasy fingers ;-)
We produce label rolls in all possible sizes and versions. Have you got bottles or tins and would like to have label rolls produced for them? Then we would be happy to advise you and to send you some samples.
This size of this bunny about 1 metre. It is made up of two parts: a left and a right part. After being offset-printed, the two flat parts are then deep drawn and glued together. This is a great product for the PoS area!
We have fitted a flashing red light-emitting diode to the shelf rocker. No one can ignore that!
Making an impression at the PoS is paramount these days. So product packaging has to make a big impact. But appearance isn't everything – how things feel is also important. Product packaging must appeal to the senses to encourage a purchase.
Here we have developed four folded boxes made of plastic, aluminium laminated cardboard, white cardboard and lenticular film. All four of them stand out thanks to unique features such as spot printing, soft-touch coatings, silver, drip-off coatings, scented coatings, and more.
FEEL, SMELL, EXPERIENCE for yourself and ask us for a sample!
Here you can see various A4 sticker sheets with shaped cut-outs. These stickers are coated with shrill colours that luminesce in daylight and a very iridescent, screen-printed silver. We have produced these sticker sheets from a peel-off decal film in transparent and white and from a removable white and transparent PVC.
Our tip: These are ideal give-aways at trade fairs and events.
This is no normal writing pad. It is integrated into a plastic folder which also offers a place for a ball-point pen. There is also a lenticular image on the cover with an entertaining animation. We developed this product by working together with our samples team and the customer.Find out more about our lenticular products >>
Whether made of cardboard or plastic, we work together with our "samples" team and you to develop a tailor-made solution that meets your needs.
Perhaps we would combine, as in this project, the materials of cardboard and plastic. The moulded deep-drawn plastic part sets the visual and haptic standard here for your advertising materials.
Counter mats provide a well-proven space for advertising on counters, desks, shop counters, lecterns and more. The example illustrated uses expanded rubber for long-term use. The additional laminated silver foil and the coarse silver used are the visual highlight here.
Our tip: Instead of using the usual foam or expanded rubber on the rear, a simpler treatment of the rear with a non-slip coating is a cost-effective alternative.
A secret message which only becomes visible through the effect of heat? That is no problem with heat-sensitive ink from a screen print. This laminated postcard is equipped with an additional sticker and thus becomes a sandwich postcard. This sticker with heat-sensitive ink can be peeled off and glued onto a radiator and a new message will appear. This is ideal for sales promotions!
The laminated postcard doesn't just carry one sticker on its back, but several at once. The upper sticker consists of several punched designs which can easily be removed and stuck somewhere else. Use a mailshot to stimulate the curiosity and playfulness of your customers.
Transparent folded boxes are particularly suitable when you want to make customers curious about the product inside. A printed image can be carefully positioned on the packaging to conceal certain parts.
A transparent package like this can be used for things such as DVD collections, series of books, cosmetics, clothes, and much more.
Shelf rockers, also called shelf stoppers of shelf wobblers, are used to carry advertising messages, show prices or decorate shelves and counters. This grabs the attention of your customers and puts your product centre stage.
Our tip: Shelf rockers are made of a transparent plastic material, making the base more or less invisible.
To make these stickers special, a soft touch coating is applied. This finish gives the stickers a pleasant, high quality look & feel. Our tip: This coating works well on packaging.
