Deep drawing, also known as thermoforming, is a process which produces three-dimensional objects from one-dimensional films. For this a cold film which we have printed will be passed to a moulding machine where it will be heated and pressed into shape with a tool.
A high-quality plastic display certainly makes an impression. But the icing on the cake is the deep drawing technique, a very special moulding technology. After printing, the plastic sheets are moulded so as to create a high-quality 3-dimensional advertising product. This creates both a visual and tactile impression.

This size of this bunny about 1 metre. It is made up of two parts: a left and a right part. After being offset-printed, the two flat parts are then deep drawn and glued together. This is a great product for the PoS area!
